We are really excited to be able to offer a selection of organic salami, raw ham and smoked sausage as well as smoked trout. We have had great fun trying all these out but I don't think our waistlines are very trim (mind they haven't been for many years!)

Beef Salami	£1.85	qty
100g pack of beef salami. This may have to be ordered in especially as it is not vacuum packed and hence has a fairly short shelf life, so please give us warning if it is for a special occasion.

Cervelaat	£1.85	qty
100g pack of this beef and pork sausage.

Chorizo	£1.75	qty
100g pack of this beef and pork sausage.

Lamb Salami	£1.85	qty
100g packs of organic lamb salami. This may have to be ordered in especially as it is not vacuum packed and hence has a fairly short shelf life, so please give us warning if it is for a special occasion.

Raw Ham	£1.75	qty
Similar to a Parma type ham this is delicious and comes in 100g packs. This may have to be ordered in so if it is for a special occasion please give us a week's warning!

Smoked sausage	£1.75	qty
An absolutely delicious organic smoked sausage. Although we will try to keep this in stock this may have to be ordered in so if it is for a special occasion please give us a week's warning!

100g of delicious organic smoked trout fillet. A must for all fish lovers!
