All the organic pork that we sell is sourced only from Soil Association farms or farms that rear to those standards. This ensures that pigs are raised in free range small groups and that welfare standards are of the very highest. We endeavour to supply pork that is not over fat, but, as a lot of the pigs are traditional breeds such as the Saddle Back, it may be fattier than you would find in the supermarket.
